Amanda Meadahl, RMT (Alberta license) has been practicing massage therapy for 20 years. She believes in the art of intuitive relaxation massage, offering a customized amount of pressure throughout her treatment allowing for stress reduction without the pain. She specializes in therapeutic massage including deep tissue, sport massage, myofascial fire cupping, PNF stretching, injury prevention and rehabilitation. She excels in finding and relieving the stressed areas within muscle tissue and skillfully induces relaxation.
Amanda has developed a blend of effective techniques making her massage intuitively unique to each client and their specific need for massage. During treatment she aims to work effectively with the client to bring about pain relief, increase range of motion, and decrease tension, to achieve optimum relaxation. She has an acute understanding of neck and upper back pain and tension. She has perfected her cervical treatment’s over 20 years and provides clients with relief from chronic torticollis, TMJ, Whiplash, headaches, Migraines and nagging upper back pain.

After assessing your needs, your certified technician will chose from a variety of rollers ranging from 90 mm for large areas to rollers small enough to treat your knuckles.
We will either work around the area or over the effected area with or without vibration of a certain hertz that resonates with your bodies natural healing energy to loosen muscles, reduce inflammation and move toxins from the area.
In some cases we have to build up to a full session. A full body session is 45 mins and we treat the back, arms, front and back of the legs and stomach. Ten minute sessions are offered for localized areas of concern.
A 45-minute session each month is perfect for those looking for lymphatic drainage and overall wellness. More time may be required for specific treatments. An initial consultation is required to determine your course of treatment.
